[prelude-user] Adding prelude-correlator plugins

Hi,

My "problem" is solved - Thanks to Yoann - it was just a stupid error...

I downloaded the 3 example files but didn't pay attention that 2 of them
(__init__.py and main.py) was in a sub-folder (myplugin). This is why it
didn't want to start...

setup.py
myplugin/__init__.py
myplugin/main.py

Fixing that, it starts fine.
