      * We are pleased to announce the availability of libprelude
        0.9.21.

The Prelude Library is the glue that binds all aspects of Prelude
together. It is a library which enables Prelude components to
communicate with the Prelude Manager. It also makes it easy for third
party software to be made 'Prelude Aware' (able to communicate with
Prelude components). It provide common, useful features used by every
sensor.

------[ CHANGES ]------

- libprelude now compile and run under Win32 native!

- Fix file descriptor closure problem after daemonizing (#311).

- New API functions allowing to specify the libprelude working prefix,
the prefix can be set using the LIBPRELUDE_PREFIX environment variable
as well (#255).

- libprelude is now relocatable (use --enable-relocatable configure
option).

- libgcrypt initialization fixes.

- Complete WIN32 glthread backend.

- Various bug fixes.
